To register for the ORU-PDX Masters Program, approved participants must pay the Membership Dues and become Championships members of USRowing by completing the following steps:
STEP 1. Upon acceptance into the ORU-PDX Masters Program , you will be asked to register and pay quarterly fee online through Regatta Central. (If you are not already a member of Regatta Central (RC), you will need to create an account in order to register and pay).
Once you are logged in to Regatta Central, click on "PROGRAMS" at the top of the page. Then scroll down to Oregon Rowing Unlimited-PDX, and click the link. This will take you to ORU-PDX's Registration page.
Next, click on "Programs and Classes." Scroll down until you see the option to register for Masters Class, and click on "Register."
STEP 2. All athletes must become Championship Members of USRowing and sign the online waiver in order to be considered for enrollment:
USRowing Championship Membership is $45 for ages 26 and under, and $65 for ages 27 and over, and allows you to sign the required online waiver (The club code for ORU is SDKH6). Please provide proof of Championship membership to the ORU-PDX Management team.
STEP 3. Each athlete must confirm that they have watched the safety rowing video available here.
STEP 4. Each athlete must print, complete and submit the required masters team registration forms:
Masters Team Registration Forms (include Contact Information, Emergency Medical Release, Swim & Float Test, ORU-PDX Liability Waiver, and US Rowing Safety Video Confirmation).
Please, bring the completed forms on your first day of practice and hand them to the ORU-PDX coach. For safety and liability reasons, ORU-PDX Masters Program participants who do not provide the completed registration forms will not be permitted to participate in any practices.
